I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience at Pittsburgh East Medical Center from the moment I walked through the door. The entire care team truly takes the time to listen and tailor treatment plans to fit individual needs.

Lisa and Tara provided the support and guidance I needed to reach my weight loss goals, and I’m so grateful for their dedication.

While Dr. Schultz, Dr. Levi, and Mattie are helping me maintain those results and continue living a healthy, happy life.

After 1 full month of treatment, here is my experience:

- Integrity: they have made progress on every issue they committed to help me with. Sciatica pain = almost gone, knee/joint pain = improved, lower back pain = improved, inflammation = improved, weight loss = huge progress.

- Inclusive: the atmosphere is friendly, light, energetic, welcoming, and custom. I am greeted with a smile by the staff every time I walk in the door. Various team members have met with me 1:1 for several hours over the last month, discussing with me on my specific issues, customizing a plan for me.

- Results oriented: I am seeing gains in every issue I asked them to address. Read their website, what they offer is exactly what they do. After the first week, I was feeling improvement, and less pain.

- Customer friendly: they work with me on scheduling, insurance, even answering all my 1,000 questions. They have a knack to make me feel like their only patient.

As Doc says, "Trust the Process". It's not a gimmick, I've experienced it. He's right. After 3 years of slowly regressing health as a middle-aged man, I am so glad I found the team at Pittsburgh East Health Center. I'm now turning the corner to better health, and less pain. I could not be happier with the progress so far!

So I’m an icu nurse for many years. The last three years I had debilitating pain in my hip and leg. I was using many OTC meds and some prescribed for me which never helped or masked the pain. I learned of Dr. Shultz and Dr. Levi through a patient of mine. I called them and after one treatment I have not used any meds for pain anymore. They truly care about the health and wellness of each of their patients. The focus is not on treating with pain killers but trying to restore optimal function to the area that is causing problems. The staff is awesome. They provide education and other types of services, including weight loss and iv with vitamins and minerals. I myself have had decompression therapy, stem and adjustments by Dr Levi. I trust him and Dr. Schulz. Lisa and Maddie are awesome too! Great staff and environment.
